This combination creates some very powerful reporting tools. From both your website and your évoSuite CRM system, you can easily create eStore reports that includes information about sales reporting - top-selling products, revenue by month, revenue per product, and customer origin and much more.

In addition the system has a reporting function that allows you to see and access every sale made through your website.
From these report you can further retrieve data by:
  • Client
  • Dates
  • Order status
This data is a highly valuable business tool as it can provide you with client group purchasing history, making future marketing campaigns easier to get right.

Exporting to Microsoft Excel
Within our e-Store module information can be exported to Microsoft Excel.  This function is most useful for analysing data and producing further specific reports for your business.  Both items and sales order search results can be exported. 

Graphs and charts
You can also have your entire sales history be shown in colour full graphs. This includes for instance a graphic analysis in a bar chart of sales over a period.  Month and total revenue are listed on the horizontal axis; volume of sales (in dollar terms) on the vertical axis.



You can furthermore get pie charts of for instance the top ten products sold within a selected a time period, which colours and sizes are sold most, or you can even see the top 10 websites your customers came from to purchase your product from your website…and much more!!
